Three fragrant women sleep in coffins
the sleep of the saints in the right aisle
for centuries spinning deification into grace, into light and into life,
Euphemia, Theophano and Solomone.
Three sealed women with Tomes and Scepters
from Synodal and Royal definitions
are kept in a position of temporary burial
lamps of time and the throne,
Euphemia, Theophano and Solomone.
Three sworn women for revered presence
unto the ages their memory is chanted
pulling the Aer from the faces
a queen, a mother, a saint,
Euphemia, Theophano and Solomone.

Τρείς μυρωμένες κοιμούνται σέ λάρνακες
τόν ύπνο τών αγίων στό κλίτος τό δεξί
αιώνες κλώθοντας τήν θέωση σέ χάρη, σά φώς καί σά ζωή,
η Ευφημία,η Θεοφανώ καί η Σολομωνή.
Τρείς σφραγισμένες μέ Τόμους καί Σκήπτρα
από Συνόδων καί Ανάκτων ορισμό
κρατάνε σέ στάση πρόσκαιρης ταφής
τού χρόνου καί τού θρόνου τό φανό,
η Ευφημία, η Σολομωνή και η Θεοφανώ.
Τρείς ορκισμένες γιά σεπτή παρουσία
τής μνήμης ψάλλουν τούς αιώνες
τραβώντας τόν Αέρα απ΄τά πρόσωπα
μιά ρήγισσα, μιά μάνα, μιά αγία,
η Ευφημία, η Σολομωνή και η Θεοφανώ.
